Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to use our site and services — including the educators and staff we serve.
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Educational Management Solutions is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the experience for everyone and to apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.
What we do
- Use semantic, well-structured HTML and clear heading hierarchy.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast and readable typography.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences for users sensitive to animation.
Why it matters for districts
Many of the public-sector and education organizations we serve are required to work with accessible vendors. We take that responsibility seriously and design with accessibility in mind from the start.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time task. If you encounter any part of our site that is difficult to use, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.
